Travel & Location Fees

We proudly serve Elliot Lake and surrounding communities.

Travel within Elliot Lake is included in our standard local service rates. For locations outside Elliot Lake, a travel fee of $1 per kilometre applies, calculated one way from Elliot Lake.

Additional travel requirements, accommodations, or multiple-location projects will be discussed and quoted in advance.

Digital Delivery & Turnaround Times


Completed photographs and videos are delivered digitally through a convenient online sharing link.

Photography projects are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the assignment. Video production timelines vary according to the length and editing requirements of each project.

For ongoing construction documentation, delivery arrangements can be scheduled around your reporting needs. Specific deadlines will be confirmed before your project begins.

Drone Operations & Weather Conditions

Safety always comes first.

All aerial photography and video services are subject to suitable weather, airspace restrictions, property access, and applicable aviation regulations.

Some locations may require additional planning, permissions, or alternative arrangements. If conditions are unsuitable for safe drone operations, we'll work with you to reschedule the aerial portion of your project.

Visual documentation does not replace a certified engineering inspection or legal land survey.

Copyright, Licensing & Commercial Usage


Northern Exposures Photography retains copyright in its original photography and video unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial usage rights are determined by the service or license purchased and will be outlined in your project agreement. Advertising, resale, sublicensing, exclusivity, and other extended uses may require additional licensing.

Edited, finished files are provided as agreed. Original camera RAW files and editable video project files are not included unless specifically arranged in advance.

AI-Enhanced Creative Services
