 Passport & Identification Photography — $30 

Professional identification photography, conveniently available right here in Elliot Lake.

Whether you're applying for a new passport, renewing an important document, or preparing identification for international travel, we'll help you get the photograph you need.

We offer identification photography for any country, with photographs prepared according to the requirements of your specific document.

Flat Rate: $30 per ID photo session

IMPORTANT — PRINT OR DIGITAL, NOT BOTH

Your $30 session includes your choice of printed photographs OR digital photographs. Both formats are not included in the standard price.

Your preferred delivery format must be selected at the time of your session. If you require both printed and digital photographs, an additional charge applies.

Digital photographs can be emailed directly to you or transferred to your own USB flash drive.

Our Photo Acceptance Guarantee

If your photograph is rejected because it doesn't meet the identification photo requirements, we'll retake it at no additional charge, as many times as necessary.

Free retakes apply only to the same original ID application. Photographs for a different document or application require a new session fee.

Studio Location & Appointments

Our photography studio is located at 5 Columbia Walk in Elliot Lake, Ontario.

Headshot and identification photography sessions are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time.

Corporate and team headshot sessions can also be arranged at your business location.  Setup fee may be applied.

Passport & ID Photo Requirements

We provide identification photography for Canadian and international passports, visas, permanent residence applications, firearms licences, security licences, and other identification documents.

Requirements vary by country and document type. Please bring the current photo specifications for your application, especially for international or specialized identification.

Let us know which document and country your photographs are for before your session.

Printed OR Digital ID Photos

**IMPORTANT — PRINT OR DIGITAL, NOT BOTH**

Our $30 flat rate includes ONE delivery format only: printed identification photographs OR digital identification photographs.

You must choose your delivery format during your photography session. Both formats are not included in the standard price, and an additional charge applies if you require both.

Digital photographs are delivered by email or transferred to a customer-supplied USB flash drive.

Free Retakes for Rejected ID Photos

We want you to have confidence in your identification photographs.

If a photograph is rejected because it does not meet the photo requirements for your original application, we'll retake it at no additional charge, as many times as necessary.

Please bring the rejection notice or details so we can identify the issue.

Headshot Editing & Transparent Backgrounds

Our headshot packages include professionally edited, high-resolution digital photographs.

Essential Headshots include 5 edited photographs for $75, while Professional Headshots include 10 edited photographs for $150.

For clients who need photographs with no background, we offer transparent background removal and PNG delivery for an additional $20 per photograph.

Transparent PNG files are particularly useful for business websites, staff directories, graphic design, and promotional materials.
